Kerry O’Neill is a keynote speaker and leadership development coach who has delivered workshops to audiences across the country and internationally to leaders from over 25 countries. Kerry has three decades of experience leading non-profit organizations. An Iowa native, Kerry played college basketball at Oral Roberts University and internationally in 11 different countries, including 2 professional seasons in South Africa, where he named to the PBL All-Star Team. He spent 8 seasons as Character Coach to the NBA Houston Rockets, including their ’94 and ’95 back-to-back World Championships. He was honored as a 2015 John C. Maxwell Leadership Award Top 10 Finalist.
